Trent Reznor is the man.
He released an entire track off the new album "With Teeth" to be remixed by the public. Now this just doesn't mean he released an MP3, he released the entire GarageBand software file that shows exactly what each instrument or effect is doing in the song. You can't extract that from an MP3. Too bad he's a Mac user. =-/
Maybe I'll buy a Mac mini once I graduate, get GarageBand, and start making some sweet sweet music.
