Here's a pedometer that integrates Google Maps/Satellite. You'll have to manually zoom into your area and it's easier if you turn the Hybrid mode on as it overlays the streets onto the satellite images. Just double click to place points and it traces around and figures out your mileage.
Looks like my usual route is about 2.3 miles and I've been cranking that out in 20 minutes or less so I'm not as out of shape as I thought I was. That's encouraging.
