A class action lawsuit has been filed against Apple because of the whole iPod nano scratching if look at it wrong. Those Apple people always getting spoiled by good products don't know what to do when Apple releases something with crappy quality. Man, people should have been suing Microsoft since Windows 95 if that's the case.
